Job Description
Ride Automotive Group is looking for motivated, customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator (BDC) to join our Business Development team at our corporate office in Oakville, ON. In this role, you will make outbound calls to customers across Canada and the USA to schedule service appointments at our dealerships.

What You'll Do
As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting dealership service operations by connecting with customers and ensuring their service needs are scheduled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to customers to schedule service appointments
- Provide a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service appointment options
- Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate scheduling with dealership service departments
- Maintain detailed, accurate call notes and customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers via phone, email and texts
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous and timely manner
- Support lead generation and outreach initiatives to increase service appointment volume
- Meet or exceed daily call activity goals and appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall business development and service performance
Required Qualifications
- Trilingual English, French and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or outbound sales – automotive experience will be an asset
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
- Confident in handling objections and turning conversations into appointments
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail for accurate scheduling and documentation
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with daily activity and appointment targets
- Automotive or service-related experience is an asset
Work Schedule & Location Requirement
- This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Oakville corporate office
- Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Due to the outbound calling nature of the position, remote or hybrid work is not available
