The Company

Our client is the leading LinkedIn ghostwriting agency for founders across all industries in the US. They specialize in helping executives grow their online presence, build thought leadership, and generate inbound opportunities through strategic content creation.

Role Overview

As the Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in building the sales pipeline from the ground up. You will identify, prospect, and qualify leads for a high-growth B2B content agency working directly with founder-led businesses. This is a unique opportunity to shape the outbound sales motion at an early stage and be part of a remote-first, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research ideal founder prospects across industries using LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound activity and follow-up.

Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and account executives or leadership.
  • Track all activity and maintain clean CRM records.

Process Building & Optimization

  • Collaborate with the founder and growth team to refine messaging and outreach tactics.
  • Experiment with outreach channels, tools, and templates to improve conversion rates.
  • Share insights from conversations with prospects to inform product and positioning

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (agency or startup experience preferred).
  • Strong written communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and cold outreach tools.
  • Comfortable working PST hours.
