Required Qualifications:Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in AI Engineering/ Data Science required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON be willing to relocate to the area.At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.At least 1 year of experience in AI, data engineering, creating data pipelines and processing huge volume of data.At least 1 year of experience in Machine learning engineering /MLE, data science and data engineering with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications:Scalable AI Solution Deployment - Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI and Data Science solutions capable of handling large-scale, distributed data and compute workloads across hybrid and cloud-native environments (OCI).Performance Tuning for AI/ML and GenAI Workloads - Experience in hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization for AI/ML and Generative AI models to maximize accuracy, efficiency, and resource utilization.AI Full stack: Experience in in any full stack /development experience in Python or Java, or .Net or React, , Flask/Django, REST APIs, Terraform automation.Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, NLP.Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks.Strong communication and Analytical skills.Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams.Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
