The Opportunity:

We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales and marketing to join our growing team. This is a performance-based position offering unlimited earning potential for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience in the marketing or digital services industry
    (required)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, web design, social media, paid advertising)
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Experience with B2B sales preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment

Compensation Structure:

  • 10% commission on every sale
  • Recurring commissions
    for client retention
  • Performance bonuses
    based on monthly achievements
  • Potential for base salary
    after demonstrated performance
  • Unlimited earning potential

What You'll Do:

  • Generate and qualify leads for Virtual Starlight's digital marketing services
  • Present and sell our comprehensive service offerings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
