Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Digital Advertising & Performance Specialist to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategy, manage all tracking and analytics integrations, and ensure continuous optimisation across our ad channels and product feeds. As our in-house expert, you will own Meta and Google Ads performance, maintain accurate tracking across GA4, Shopify, and Klaviyo, and manage Google Merchant Center (GMC) optimisations. You will also support SEO fundamentals and collaborate cross-functionally to align paid and organic initiatives.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Montréal headquarters. Remote applicants will not be considered.
Candidates must already be legally eligible to work in Canada. No visa sponsorship is available.
We do not work with external advertising agencies — this is a fully in-house role.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Optimize campaigns daily to meet or exceed ROAS, CPA, AOV, and CVR targets.
- Test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and implement structured A/B and multivariate tests.
- Monitor pacing, budget allocation, and efficiency; deliver weekly/monthly reporting.
Tracking & Analytics Infrastructure
- Audit, set up, and maintain integrations between GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Ensure accurate event tracking, conversion flows, attribution settings, and UTM consistency.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between platforms and provide actionable insights.
Feed Management & SEO Support
- Oversee and optimize the Google Merchant Center product feed: data quality, diagnostics, disapprovals, and visibility.
- Work with the content/web team to strengthen SEO on PDPs, collections, and site architecture.
- Stay on top of platform updates, search algorithm evolutions, and industry trends.
Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Develop dashboards and produce weekly/monthly reports on key KPIs (sessions, conversions, AOV, CVR, ROAS, returning customer rate, etc.).
- Recommend improvements across the acquisition funnel, retention strategy, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate internally and keep all marketing efforts aligned with our brand and performance targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong proficiency in GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Merchant Center.
- Highly analytical: comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics (ROAS/CPA/AOV).
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals in e-commerce.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an asset.
- Bilingual (English & French) — required for Québec operations.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsabilités principalesPublicité numérique & gestion des campagnes
- Planifier, lancer et gérer les campagnes Meta (Facebook/Instagram) et Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Optimiser quotidiennement les campagnes afin d'atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs : ROAS, CPA, AOV, taux de conversion.
- Tester des créatifs, audiences et stratégies d'enchères; mettre en place des tests A/B structurés.
- Suivre les budgets, la performance et préparer des rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels.
Suivi, analytique & intégrations (Tracking)
- Auditer, configurer et maintenir l'intégration entre GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads et Google Ads.
- Garantir l'exactitude du suivi des événements, des conversions et des balises UTM.
- Diagnostiquer les écarts entre les plateformes et proposer des solutions d'optimisation.
Google Merchant Center & support SEO
- Gérer et optimiser le flux GMC : données produits, diagnostics, avis de refus, qualité et visibilité des annonces.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe contenu/site web pour améliorer le SEO des pages produits, collections et la structure du site.
- Se tenir à jour sur les tendances publicitaires et les évolutions des algorithmes de recherche.
Rapports & recommandations stratégiques
- Construire des tableaux de bord et produire des rapports hebdomadaires/mensuels sur les KPI clés (sessions, transactions, AOV, taux de conversion, ROAS, taux de clients récurrents, etc.).
- Proposer des recommandations concrètes pour optimiser les tunnels d'acquisition, la rétention et les opportunités de ventes croisées.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour assurer l'alignement entre performance et stratégie de marque.
Compétences & qualifications requises
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience pratique en gestion de campagnes Google Ads et Meta dans un environnement e-commerce.
- Maîtrise de GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, et du Google Merchant Center.
- Excellentes capacités analytiques : aisance avec les tableaux de bord, les feuilles de calcul et l'interprétation des indicateurs (ROAS, CPA, AOV).
- Bonne compréhension des fondamentaux SEO appliqués au commerce en ligne.
- Expérience dans le secteur de la mode, du retail ou de l'e-commerce (atout).
- Bilingue français/anglais — requis pour un environnement québécois.
- Organisé(e), autonome, orienté(e) résultats, et à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique.
- Doit être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada (aucun visa offert).
