A Typical Day

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and ensure a smooth, positive hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and clear communication.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the employee handbook and core HR documentation.
  • Coordinate and deliver HR training sessions and communication plans.
  • Manage compliance programs and certifications (Great Place to Work, CQIF, Pay Equity), including documentation and deadlines.
  • Support performance management: goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
  • Contribute to HR projects like employer branding, engagement programs, DEI initiatives, and change-management efforts.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture while supporting organizational standards and initiatives.

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including exposure to recruitment, policy work, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, SuccessFactors); exposure to a payroll system is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Brings strong attention to detail, a warm presence, and a strong sense of drive
