Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and supporting overall accounting functions. Average 10 hours a month.

Duties

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks,
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
  • Support payroll processing and related reporting function
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to financial operations

Experience

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks,
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance standards is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 per week
