Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated and experienced Financial Services / Business Manager to join our dynamic team and assist with our growing volume and business needs. This professional must have previous Finance & Insurance (sales) experience in the automotive industry and be well versed in both industry and banking applications, such as Dealer-Track. This candidate must be extremely organized and consume strong negotiation and time management skills and be highly self-motivated to grow and maximize sales opportunities. This candidate should also take extreme pride in their work ethic and customer service skills. You will be responsible for New and Used Turn-Overs and may be required to support sales related tasks at times.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate financing options that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the dealership environment and omvic.
  • Provide and offer every finance and insurance product available to customers and up sell at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding financing options.
  • Ensure all paperwork is fully completed properly before turning into to GSM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management or a similar role within the financial services or dealership industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Assisting customers with vehicle financing/leasing, explaining and selling optional products like extended warranties, aftermarket products, etc., and ensuring all transactions comply with regulations.
  • Provide and sell both OEM and Internal Insurance Products by dealership.
