Are you an experienced installer of permanent track holiday lighting looking for a high-earning opportunity in a fast-growing industry? We're hiring motivated, skilled, and professional Installers to join our team as independent subcontractors to get us through the busy season. You'll be installing our cutting-edge permanent LED outdoor lighting systems on residential and commercial properties—combining craftsmanship with innovation to create stunning results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installing permanent LED lighting systems, including tracks and control modules, on homes and businesses
  • Performing electrical wiring and integrating lighting with control systems
  • Working safely and effectively on ladders (up to 36') and rooftops
  • Providing clients with system demonstrations and answering usage questions post-installation
  • Delivering clean, professional, and high-quality work that exceeds client expectations

Who You Are

  • Experienced: Must have experience installer Permanent Holiday Lighting
  • Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in high-quality, precise workmanship
  • Physically Fit: Able to handle demanding physical tasks, climb ladders, and work on roofs
  • Client-Focused: Communicates clearly and professionally with homeowners and business owners
  • Self-Motivated: Works independently and efficiently on-site
  • Reliable: Shows up on time and completes jobs with minimal oversight

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Personal vehicle capable of transporting ladders and tools
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 36'
  • Construction and/or electrical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Physically capable of completing installations (lifting, climbing, standing for extended periods)
  • Own basic tools (full list provided upon contract)
  • Fall Protection Certification is a plus

Job Details

  • Schedule: 40–45 hours per week (job and weather-dependent)
  • Shift Length: Typically 8-hour days
  • Compensation: Completed work is paid per foot starting at $3.00/ft with no experience. Pay increases based on experience and management discretion.
  • Contract Type: Independent subcontractor (must manage your own taxes and benefits)
