Looking for a Remote AWS SysOps specialist for a 5 year contract role at government client. 30 to 40 hours per week. The BC client is planning and undertaking number of projects to migrate and operate various information technology workloads to AWS Public Cloud Platform which require various resources on demand basis to deliver SysOps services in a hybrid environment of on-prem and AWS public cloud platform, as listed but not limited to:
**Operations**
- Amazon CloudWatch
- AWS Budgets
- Amazon Simple Notification Service
- AWS Backup
- AWS Batch
- AWS Systems Manager

**Networking**
- Virtual Private Cloud
- AWS PrivateLink
- Amazon Route 53

**Others**
- AWS Secrets Manager
- AWS Certificate Manager, including Private Certificate Authority
- Windows Server 2019 Remote Desktop Services on EC2
- Active Directory Federation Services on EC2

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 60 months
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $1.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- AWS SysOps and DevOps: 10 years (required)
