About this role:

  • Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a "life-altering" complex condition. It may include ventilation, special feeding systems, tracheostomy care, and special pain management
  • The population of focus (pediatrics)
  • Day shifts (8:00AM-3:15PM) and Night shifts (10:30PM-6:30AM)

Requirements:

  • CNO registration in good standing
  • Recent experience with g-tube care and seizure management. Training will also be available.
  • Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset
  • Recent experience in pediatrics will be an asset
