Summary

As a Management Trainee at Pioneer Youth Services, you will embark on a dynamic career path within our organization. This role is designed to develop your leadership skills while providing you with hands-on experience in managing residential treatment operations. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission to improve the lives of young individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of daily operations within residential treatment homes.
  • Support the development and implementation of programs tailored to meet the needs of children and youth.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure high-quality care and support for residents.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance leadership and management skills.
  • Monitor program budgets and assist in financial planning activities.
  • Engage with families and community resources to promote positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership potential with a passion for working with youth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting principles is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a related field or volunteer work with youth is preferred.
