The Account Manager is responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, promoting parts and service solutions, and supporting the overall growth of the sales territory. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, personable, and eager to learn the parts and commercial transportation industry.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Promote and sell parts, accessories, and related services
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Provide product knowledge, pricing, and availability information
  • Assist customers with order placement and follow-up
  • Work closely with the inside sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity
  • Participate in training to build product and industry knowledge
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

 Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or a technical field is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable meeting customers face‑to‑face and building rapport
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in parts and commercial vehicles
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn product lines and sales processes
