About the Team

Join the Evisort AI team at Workday, which powers Document Intelligence AI and Workday's CLM and Contract Intelligence offerings. powering Workday's CLM and Contract Intelligence Offerings. Our mission is to change the way business deals get done.
We build ground breaking AI technology that can read and understand contract language to make every part of the deal-making process from drafting, negotiating, reviewing, approving, or managing the contracts happen faster, better, with reduced risks. We build AI first products, and automate manual work, freeing up our customers time and accelerating their businesses.
You will be joining the Evisort AI team, which functions as a startup within Workday. This is your opportunity to build at the pace of innovation of a startup, while backed by the enormous support and impacting Workday's incredible customer base of 70M+ users.

About the Role

In this role you'll be a part of the Evisort design team at Workday, where you'll own and lead design and research on product initiatives in the Contract Workflow, Contracts AI, document intelligence and related areas.

Key responsibilities are:

• Ship world class features with world class experiences to our customers, including for functionality that has no precedent and requires heavy imagination and innovation.

• Deeply understand our customer and user base and design best-in-class solutions from first principles for any challenge we seek to solve.

• Serve as the designer on product initiatives.

• Rapidly design, build, and deploy prototypes, wireframes, and product designs.

• Present, test and iterate on designs including incorporating internal and external user feedback.

• Conduct and lead user research on your design initiatives.

• Participate in and lead design sprints.

• Mentor and participate in peer review to help the entire design team level up and contribute great work.

• Anticipate and respond to changing market conditions, business requirements, and user needs, with a focus on AI and ML in an enterprise environment.

• Deliver outstanding user-centric product solutions that address complex requirements.

• Develop relationships with your stakeholders across the org and own the end product quality from early design to final in-product deliverables

• You have experience with and enjoy using AI products and are constantly testing out new AI solutions for personal and work use including using AI tools for prototyping and testing.

• You follow the latest on AI trends and new releases via newsletters, X, etc.

• You are curious and find inspiration in every product and are constantly updating your design toolkit with every product you use.

About You

Basic Qualifications

P4 Senior AI Product Designer

• 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer

• 3+ years of experience developing AI or complex workflow functionality

Other Qualifications

• Prior experience at a fast growing startup a plus

• Technical skills and ability to understand the technical lift and implications of your designs

• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: CAN.BC.Vancouver Primary Location Base Pay Range: $139,200 CAD - $208,800 CAD Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $116,000 - $174,000 CAD
