Location: Hybrid (Office & Site-Based) | Part of Carlson Construction Group
Are you looking to apply your project coordination and construction management skills in a dynamic industrial contracting environment? Brymark Installations Group Inc., a leading industrial contractor in British Columbia and a proud member of the Carlson Construction Group, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing team.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and on-site, supporting the successful execution of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent throughout the full project lifecycle—from mobilization to closeout.
- Participate in construction strategy meetings, including Path of Construction and estimating reviews.
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting baseline construction schedules and contribute to detailed planning and execution strategies.
- Set up and maintain project documentation in Procore (drawings, RFIs, submittals, correspondence).
- Track procurement and delivery of contractor-supplied materials.
- Coordinate mobilization deliverables such as safety and quality documentation.
- Manage and distribute revised drawings, site instructions, and project communications.
- Support change management processes and assess impacts on cost and schedule.
- Maintain daily logs, track field progress, and update quantity tracking tools and schedules.
- Assist with material ordering, procurement coordination, and payroll processing via AL Mobile.
- Draft change orders, RFIs, and submittals in coordination with the PM and Superintendent.
- Capture lessons learned and ensure proper archiving of project documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline).
- Experience with industrial construction projects, preferably in heavy civil or mechanical scopes an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
