Project Manager – Rotating Equipment Solutions

Port Coquitlam, BC | Travel across Canada | Full-time

Interpro Technical Services
is looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of rotating equipment projects from proposal through closeout. If you're a mechanical engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on industry experience and a passion for delivering safe, quality, and on-time results, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead rotating equipment projects (turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, etc.) end-to-end.
  • Work closely with customers, engineering, and field teams to define scope, budgets, and schedules.
  • Prepare estimates and proposals, track costs, and manage project controls.
  • Oversee inspections, repairs, and final reporting.
  • Build strong customer relationships and represent Interpro in the field.

What We're Looking For

  • Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–5 years' experience in rotating equipment maintenance, repair, or overhaul.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and manage technical documentation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with project management tools/software (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Commitment to safety and quality in industrial settings.
  • Willing to travel for short-term projects across Canada.

Nice to Have (Assets)

  • P.Eng designation (or working toward it).
  • PMP certification.
  • CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Familiarity with condition monitoring or predictive maintenance tools.
  • ERP/CMMS knowledge (SAP, Maximo).
