Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service/ Decorator staff member to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, making them the first point of contact for inquiries and support.

Duties

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, and in person

- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.

- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

- Uphold company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills

- Proficient in English speaking are highly desirable.

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

  • Decorating experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
