What You'll Do

  • Sort and manage all incoming faxes: Ensure all incoming faxes are promptly sorted and directed to the appropriate departments.
  • Process physician referrals: Accurately process and document all physician referrals, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
  • Maintain accurate patient charts: Ensuring all patient information is accurate, correct and managed confidentially.
  • Allocate referrals to physicians: Efficiently allocate referrals to the appropriate physicians based on their specialties and availability.

  • Qualified & Experienced: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, time, and resources efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are ready to lead the process of automating and driving efficiency into our referrals function through technology. Experience with EMRs/CHR is essential.
  • Healthcare-Savvy: Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • A Self-Starting Doer: Communicating effectively, solving problems, and staying actively involved in your team's success.
