A well-established international womenswear company based in Montreal's West Island is seeking an experienced
Graphic Designer / Photographer
to join its growing creative team. This role supports the brand's visual and marketing initiatives across print, digital, and studio photography.

The ideal candidate is a versatile creative professional with strong design skills, hands-on photography experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion environment. This position works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, design, and retouch assets for print and digital use (advertising, banners, invitations, flyers)
  • Create visual content for web and B2B platforms, including homepage visuals and editorial layouts
  • Develop promotional and advertising materials across multiple channels
  • Research creative concepts aligned with seasonal collections and evolving brand direction
  • Conduct product photography in an in-house studio, including lighting, shooting, and post-production
  • Edit and finalize images for commercial use
  • Edit video content for marketing campaigns, lookbooks, and digital platforms
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Strong studio photography experience
  • Experience with InDesign and Capture One
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the fashion or apparel industry preferred
  • Exposure to AI-driven photography and video tools considered an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
