Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical products to patients in large employers and local unions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in outside sales and account management within the medical or pharmaceutical industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships, expand market presence, and contribute to healthcare advancements through effective product demonstrations and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with businesses and Unions to serve the employees and recruit employees to our clinic.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales efforts.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using organizational skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Stay current on industry developments, new product launches, and regulatory changes affecting medical sales.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or pharmaceutical/medical device sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs for strategic planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and territories efficiently.
- Superior communication skills for engaging healthcare professionals and delivering impactful product demos.

Pay: $20,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
