Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Partnerships Specialist to join our team on-site at our North York, ON office. In this role, you will manage and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with partners, and identify new collaboration opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing partnership strategies, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing partnership performance, and supporting sales initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, and building collaborative relationships
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with partners
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize partnership performance
  • Sales experience and ability to support partner-related sales initiatives
  • Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with the financial or alternative funding industries is advantageous
