• Your Role as a Shift Supervisor:

The Shift Supervisor's primary purpose is to support management in overseeing the day-to-day activities of employees, ensuring productivity, accountability, and smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor, plan, and observe daily team activities, coordinate breaks, and keep management informed of key issues
• Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplace
• Model brand standards and follow all company policies and SOPs professionally
• Complete opening, daily, and closing checklists in accordance with company procedures
• Follow all cash handling policies, maintain security of cash, and process voids as needed
• Resolve customer complaints in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind
• Practice excellent food safety and sanitation, complying with all health and safety standards
• Place and receive product orders, and assist with monthly inventory counts
• Deliver training across multiple brands for new employees
• Respond to guest injuries or property damage, complete incident reports, and submit timely documentation to HUB/IFM
