Role Overview Clipwire Games is looking for a Junior Product Manager to support the development of our live ops titles.

 This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is excited about making games and gaining hands on experience across disciplines. You'll support product leadership and cross-functional teams in shaping, building and improving game features and economies. You'll learn how LiveOps games get made, supported, and grow. 

You're curious, analytical, organized, and proactive, with a strong interest in mobile games, data, and how products come together
  • Work closely with a Product Director to support feature development and iteration 
  • Support the creation of short to mid-term product roadmaps and event cycles
  • Analyse game data, player behaviour, and experiment results using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL
  • Prepare insights, summaries and recommendations for product reviews
  • Measure and monitor key product KPIs including retention, monetisation, and engagement, and help define new metrics
  • Assis in the development and rollout of features, events and live ops content
  • Evaluate feature performance post-launch and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation processes
  • Help create dashboards for internal and external teams to visual game data

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Strong interest in mobile games and product development
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets required; SQL is a plus)
  • Ability to break down complex problems and ask thoughtful questions
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • 1-2 years of experience in product, games, tech, consulting, or analytics
  • Experience with mobile games, live ops, or free-to-play mechanics is an asset

Clipwire Games provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this Canada based position is $50,000 to $80,000. Base compensation at Clipwire is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. It will also be determined based on the position offered and any other forms of compensation that may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
