Job Overview

We are seeking a lead hand to work with us in our growing bathroom remodelling / general contracting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of residential remodelling projects, working closely with team members and our clients to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications / Assets

  • Understanding of carpentry and flooring installation
  • Experience in residential remodelling or construction projects
  • Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of construction painting and caulking techniques
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform demolition of existing bathrooms
  • Install sub floor, complete drywall installation, mudding, sanding and painting tasks
  • Install shower system and cabinetry
  • Transport materials to and from job sites
  • Handle general light construction, framing and trim work
  • Apply caulking and other finishing touches to complete projects
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the client's home
