We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus, along with strong communication skills to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
  • Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and treatments
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health standards
  • Assist clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and managing client records
  • Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience
  • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally
  • Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or related beauty services
  • Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming environment
  • Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is preferred
  • Ability to work well with clients of diverse backgrounds and preferences
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude dedicated to client satisfaction
