Title: Leadership Mentor – TRNT Leadership Bootcamp (Sauder-inspired)
About the Program:
TRNT Education is running a 4-week Leadership Bootcamp for high school students, inspired by UBC Sauder coursework (e.g., COMM V280). The program is independent and not affiliated with UBC.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Leadership Mentor to support teams by observing and guiding student leadership behaviours through short, sprint-based exercises.
This is not teaching or grading — the role focuses on feedback, reflection, and structured guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Observe student team dynamics and leadership behaviours
Ask reflective questions to support critical thinking
Record brief observations for feedback purposes
Attend weekly sprint sessions (~2 hours/week)
Ideal Candidate:
Current UBC Sauder student or recent alumnus
Interested in leadership, strategy, or consulting
Strong communication and analytical skills
