In this role, you will act as a connector between data, systems and business processes, helping drive accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
As the team's Power User, you will become the trusted expert for tools, automation and troubleshooting. You will join a workplace that values curiosity, innovation and continuous learning. This role offers opportunities to build technical depth, influence operational practices and collaborate closely with both business and IT partners. You will expand your skills in analytics, automation and reporting while contributing to a culture that supports growth, balance and shared success.
Your Responsibilities

- You will prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, analyze performance trends and support executive dashboard development.
- You will troubleshoot issues, guide users and optimize workflows as the team's Power User for core tools and software.
- You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, enhance and automate processes, including building solutions in Power Automate.
- You will create documentation, train end users and support virtual machine runs for scheduled and ad hoc automation tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in analytics, operations or business analysis, supported by strong technical aptitude.
- Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Advanced Excel and VBA skills, SQL and Power BI expertise.
- Experience developing or supporting workflow automation, ideally with Power Automate or similar platforms.
- Experience with AI tools, bots or workflow automation, with the ability to learn new systems independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and skilled at managing tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities with a focus on supporting internal users.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems, data sets and competing priorities.
Note from the Hiring Manager
