Do you enjoy hard, honest work and keeping your community safe? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our snow removal team for the winter season. This is a physically demanding, outdoor job where your hard work directly helps others.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Seasonal, On-Call
  • Schedule: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Shifts are called based on snowfall.

About the Role:

As a member of our snow shoveling crew, you will be responsible for manually clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, and walkways for our residential and commercial clients. This is a hands-on, manual labor position using basic tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually shovel snow from sidewalks, steps, and pathways using provided snow shovels.
  • Apply ice melt or sand to cleared areas to prevent slipping hazards.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and accessible path for pedestrians.
  • Work efficiently and thoroughly as part of a team to complete assigned routes.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and respect client property.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • Ability to perform intense physical labor for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in extreme cold, wet, and wintery conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Able to follow instructions and work well in a team.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to and from our meet-up location.
  • Please Note: This is a manual shoveling position. No powered equipment (e.g., snow blowers) is used.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • This job requires you to be outdoors for your entire shift in cold, snowy, and icy conditions.
  • Must be able to lift, bend, and shovel repeatedly.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy, wet snow.
