Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled DRiver and Snowblow Operator to join our team this winter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently clearing residential driveways or commercial properties using a pickup truck. You will work alongside one or two team members who will handle shoveling walkways and salting designated areas.

This role requires reliability, strong focus during long shifts, and proven experience operating snow plows in challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Snowblower to clear residential driveways or commercial lots.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts during winter storms and adverse weather conditions.
  • Follow a scheduled route provided via a mobile app.
  • Communicate clear instructions to shoveling crew to ensure all notes and client requirements are met.
  • Drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws.
  • Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to ensure safe and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience operating a pickup truck with a plow is required.
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
