Mysa Nordic Spa

At Mysa, our culinary philosophy is to nourish and
rejuvenate in a sustainable manner. Our menus are built on a farm-to-table
experience that changes with the seasons, with ingredients sourced from our
on-site gardens and greenhouse as well as local farmers, fishers, and foragers.
The Mysa Culinary Team is committed to a culture of collaboration,
experimentation, and creativity that produces unparalleled food as beautiful as
it is delicious. 

As a Line Cook, You Will

  • Prepare
    food and menu items to the highest standard
  • Cook
    menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure
    food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply
    with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Clean
    kitchen and work area
  • Follow
    all operations policies and procedures
  • Focus on the sauté station of the kitchen
  • Work
    alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

What You Bring

  • 2+ years cooking
    experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Experience cooking meat, seafood, and sauces 
  • A
    culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
  • Ability
    to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
