This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store
  • Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email
  • Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

What Do You Bring?

  • Passionate about customer service experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers
  • Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous retail experience is considered an asset
