We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our growing company in Montreal. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and reduce costs.
  • Manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure company goals are met.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Report directly to senior leadership on operational performance and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or inventory control is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry software and tools.
  • Bilingual in French and English is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,451.32-$120,850.27 per year
