Events/Field Marketing Representative

The job…

• Attend events like home shows, consumer shows and sporting events
• When not in an event, will do local field marketing to generate leads with a team (hybrid role)
• Engage attendees and educate them on replacement windows and doors and the purchasing process
• Sell customers on the 'Value of the Visit' and sign them up for in-home product demonstrations
• Comped handsomely for appointments ran and sold that you book
• Must be available to work Friday/Saturday & Sunday
• Position is based in London and will require regular travel and overnight stays throughout Southwestern Ontario with no out of pocket expenses - hotels and meal will be paid for
• Of age (21) to both rent and drive a box truck rental and comfortable with driving a larger vehicle an asset

Who you are…

• Highly energetic and love to talk to people
• Excellent verbal English language skills
• Ability to work independently
• Able to stand for long periods of time and engage customers
• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience
• Smart (no time for modesty)
• Self-motivated and numbers-driven
• No industry-specific experience required, but bonus marks if you do
• Must be well groomed and comply with company dress code
• Willing to work evenings and week-ends
