**JOB SUMMARY**

As a Sales Representative, you will be part of an enthusiastic team of professionals who are committed to educating customers and providing superior service through producing top quality apparel and promotional items. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new sales leads, communicating with customers, as well as and ensuring a smooth sales transaction.

To be successful as a Sales Representative you should excel at building customer relationships while meeting sales objectives and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. A top sales representative should also be very competitive in nature and receptive to their clients needs.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information and sales quotes
- Keeping up with new product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Ability to build and manage pipeline of opportunities with a successful closing rate
- Ability to qualify customer for growth expectation and market share
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets

**JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or degree or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in a related sales position - minimum of 3 years
- Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work from home and on the road with strong work ethics
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Reliable transportation for visiting customers

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home a large portion of the time
- Participation in tradeshows and events throughout the year
- Other task may be assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

- Commission pay
