Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Salesperson will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, understand client needs, and present tailored product recommendations. Responsibilities include fostering customer relationships, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, organizing store displays, and contributing to the overall success of the retail team by meeting sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets, and effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary design trends or a keen interest in home furnishings and decor is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory management and organizing store displays, is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work on-site with a varying schedule, including all weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a retail sales setting or customer-facing role is preferred.
