Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Its a commission based job but if you dedicate a time you can earn well. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an exceptional Customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout the time.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse customers
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
