Reporting to the RPN, the PSW is responsible for providing care and services in a retirement community setting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Deal courteously with staff, residents, resident families and visitors

-Completes daily, weekly and monthly duties as per policy

-Answers Emergency Response Systems when necessary

-Provide care, if applicable, in accordance with NLG policies, physicians order and nursing standards

-Reports all incidents/accidents involving residents, families, visitors or staff to the RPN/Wellness Coordinator

-Assisting with move in's and move outs of residents as required

-Available for Days, and Night shifts
