Responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec un copywriter et des équipes créatives et stratégiques pour imaginer des concepts de référence répondant aux briefs clients.
  • Assurer la direction artistique des campagnes et projets, du concept à la livraison, sur le digital, les réseaux sociaux, la vidéo, le print, l'expérientiel et l'affichage extérieur (OOH).
  • Concevoir des mises en page, des assets et des présentations (decks) percutants, en phase avec les idées de campagne et les guidelines de marque.
  • Accompagner l'exécution des campagnes en garantissant l'excellence créative tout au long du processus de production.
  • Présenter les idées aux parties prenantes internes et aux clients.
  • Gérer des tâches sur plusieurs projets en produisant un travail de haute qualité, attentif aux détails, tout en respectant les délais.
  • Travailler avec le studio print et digital pour préparer les fichiers pour la production.
  • Se tenir au fait des tendances sectorielles et culturelles, et savoir les exploiter au mieux pour donner vie au travail.

Qualifications

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en design visuel ou en direction artistique (en agence ou chez l'annonceur). Les expériences solides en stage/freelance seront prises en compte.
  • Portfolio démontrant de solides fondamentaux en typographie, mise en page, couleur et application de marque sur le digital et les réseaux sociaux.
  • Familiarité avec les campagnes intégrées et la création de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux payants/organiques.
  • Compréhension des flux de production de base (spécifications digitales, fondamentaux du print/pré-presse, livrables simples en motion design/vidéo).
  • Sensibilisation aux meilleures pratiques d'accessibilité (contraste, lisibilité, textes alternatifs en collaboration avec les partenaires).
