  • Lead and optimize onboarding and activation marketing programs that drive account expansion.
  • Design and execute AI-driven, data-informed campaigns based on customer engagement.
  • Coordinate and execute omnichannel campaigns, including email, website, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure alignment and cross-promotion.
  • Identify high-impact lifecycle moments for upsell and promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze customer responses to inform messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Design and conduct experiments to refine onboarding and activation methods.
  • Work with Analytics to develop data-driven strategies using various tools.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and implement optimizations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in growth marketing, focusing on onboarding and upsell in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience using AI in marketing execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools; familiarity with Twilio Segment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design omnichannel campaigns triggered by data signals.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and expansion opportunities.
  • Skilled in persuasive sales copywriting and understanding behavioral principles.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently analyze data and identify actionable insights.
  • Experience managing complex projects with clarity and precision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
