Accountabilities
  • Lead and optimize onboarding and activation marketing programs that drive account expansion and reinforce brand recognition.
  • Design and execute AI-driven, data-informed campaigns tailored to customer engagement throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and implement omnichannel campaigns across various communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers for alignment and cross-promotion within broader growth initiatives.
  • Identify and activate high-impact lifecycle moments to highlight upsell and promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze customer responses to derive insights and optimize messaging and channel strategies.
  • Conduct experiments to refine onboarding and activation strategies.
  • Work with Analytics to create data-driven programs using relevant tools.
  • Continuously assess performance metrics to enhance strategy and expand outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on onboarding and program management within a SaaS framework.
  • Ability to utilize AI for campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools; familiarity with reverse ETL platforms is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing omnichannel campaigns based on customer behavior.
  • In-depth understanding of the customer journey and how to uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Strong writing skills for creating compelling sales copy and applying behavioral principles to boost engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
  • Capability to independently assess data and determine strategic actions.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams with clarity.
