Job Description

CEDA is currently seeking a Supervisor for our Chemical Cleaning team based out of our Edmonton, AB location.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor field operations and ongoing projects to ensure job completion in a safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective manner
  • Supervise various crews and ensure the safe operation and maintenance of our industrial cleaning equipment
  • Apply technical knowledge of chemical cleaning equipment to solve job-site issues and optimize results for the customer
  • Complete and submit the required paperwork for projects, including service orders, job reports, and safety documentation in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with management on all operational and personnel issues
  • Ensure safety for all team members and property
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations by leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
  • Project a positive corporate image to the industry and internally within CEDA and ensures all activities performed are in accordance with CEDA's core values
  • Leave the job site in better condition that when we got there. Clean, safe and job well done
  • Other duties as assigned

Role Specifications:

  • 2 years' experience in a leadership capacity is required
  • 5 years related work experience in Chemical Cleaning including setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance is required
  • Demonstrated safety leadership with strong capacity for communication in the field, support staff, management and with customers
  • Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Class 1 or 3 driver's license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is an asset

  • You have an uncompromising belief in teamwork that allows you to effectively collaborate with others while supporting the goals of the business
  • You understand the realities of chemical cleaning work and can lead crews through complex jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally You have a natural ability to lead crews where you can share a laugh, do the challenging work and get the job done safely
