Responsibilities:

  • Preparing ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes.
  • Responsible for perfect execution of menu items from your assigned station
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulation
  • Assisting in storing and organizing ingredients.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
  • Assisting in receiving and stocking deliveries.
  • Adhering to kitchen policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Grill Cook/Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredients
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
