Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively. We provide you the tools and training required to excel in this position.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist customers to select the right RV for their lifestyle and individual needs through an exceptional sales and service process
  • Highlight and educate customers on the features and benefits of various RV's during sales presentations
  • Build rapport with customers, answer inquiries and competently resolve any concerns
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately
  • Follow up with customers to create CampMart customers for life - We sell memories, not trailers
  • Grow sales and profit within customer base

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Highly motivated and ambitious, with at least one year of experience in sales
  • Dedicated to delivering incredible results to clients
  • Solid understanding of finance and payment plans
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Clean and acceptable driving record
