What You'll Do:

  • Assist in managing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system within , ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities alongside manufacturing teams to address quality issues.

  • Support the maintenance and documentation of the quality system using Intelex, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

  • Aid in the preparation of quality reports and key performance metrics to monitor process effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with Quality Technicians to perform inspections of less complex parts, ensuring adherence to specifications.

  • Contribute to the upkeep of the quality management system, including supporting internal and process audits as required.

  • Drive the reporting of key performance indicators to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with global quality projects, gaining exposure to international standards and practices.

Team:

  • This role is a part of the Quality Team at Mold-Masters' Georgetown headquarters. You will work closely with experienced quality professionals and manufacturing personnel, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on quality excellence and operational improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from our Georgetown Facility.

  • Basic understanding of dimensional drawing interpretation.

  • Foundational knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual abilities, particularly in Chinese and German, are advantageous.

  • An adaptable and flexible mindset, open to learning new skills and processes.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
