- Position Summary:
- Mold-Masters is seeking an automation intern to work on projects that will improve the design automation tools within the engineering departments, including maintaining current automation tools and future automation tools, along with creating and maintaining automation templates.- Team:
- You will be a valued asset to the Engineering team at Mold-Masters where you will have the opportunity to partner with and learn from our experienced engineering team through your assignments and project work.- What You'll Do:
Using Creo Parametric to do design template to be used by Rulesoft.
- Assist with documenting the programming process.
- Update Rulesoft program and CAD template based on user feedback.
- Recent intern projects include: Creating Rulesoft programming for Fusion G2 interactive manifold design, creating SQL database for hot half components and update CAD library, and verifying changes and test program before every production release.
- You will learn: Rulesoft Programming (VB based), PTC Creo Parametric 4.0 and 3D CAD Design, PTC Windchill PDM tool for data management, Engineering processes and procedures, Hot Runner Technology and manufacturing processes, Improve your problem solving, research and report writing skills- Basic Qualifications:- Strong desire to learn mechanical design and automation
- Self Starter and team player
- Knowledge of programming and 3D modeling; though training is provided as needed
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
