The Jim Pattison Auto Group has a new opportunity for a Red Seal Refinishing Technician to join our team


Overview: 

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Paint Technician's responsibility is to contribute to the efficiency and quality of repairs to provide a positive customer experience. Required to follow all procedures and have a strong working knowledge of products used in applications to eliminate delays and repairs in the cycle time. Contribute jointly to a positive work environment and generate a team spirit.

  • Driver's license in good standing and clean driver's abstract required.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Minimize excess waste and maximize the profitability of the refinish department with efficient cycle times.
  • Maintain a strong technical knowledge base of all paint manufacturer's products to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and an overall excellent customer experience.
