What You'll Do
As our Service Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team with a blend of coaching, mentorship, and enthusiasm. You will:
- Champion our customer service–first culture
- Drive CSI excellence and ensure every customer leaves happy
- Supervise, train, and empower your team
- Manage service operations, workflow, and service desk efficiency
- Oversee warranty administration
- Build strong relationships with Parts, Sales, and all other departments
- Track performance, encourage growth, and maintain profitability
- Resolve problems with confidence and creativity
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and top-quality repairs every time
