Our client
is seeking a Sales Development Manager to drive growth within its Rentals marketplace. This role is responsible for setting sales development strategy and leading a high-performing BDR/SDR team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute sales prospecting strategy for the regional sales development team.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to drive high-quality appointments and pipeline growth.
- Track and improve key performance metrics, including appointments set, revenue impact, and conversion rates.
- Standardize sales processes, activity metrics, and operational cadence to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Foster a growth-oriented, high-performance sales culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product, finance, billing, and operations.
- Represent the Rentals value proposition in client meetings, presentations, and industry engagements.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sales leadership experience, specifically leading BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven success in high-energy, high-growth or startup environments.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
