Our client
is seeking a Sales Development Manager to drive growth within its Rentals marketplace. This role is responsible for setting sales development strategy and leading a high-performing BDR/SDR team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute sales prospecting strategy for the regional sales development team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to drive high-quality appointments and pipeline growth.
  • Track and improve key performance metrics, including appointments set, revenue impact, and conversion rates.
  • Standardize sales processes, activity metrics, and operational cadence to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Foster a growth-oriented, high-performance sales culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product, finance, billing, and operations.
  • Represent the Rentals value proposition in client meetings, presentations, and industry engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience, specifically leading BDR/SDR teams.
  • Proven success in high-energy, high-growth or startup environments.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Ability to lead through change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
