Job Overview

We are seeking a highly self-driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join the Mercedes-Benz Kamloops sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and takes initiative in building their own success. You will engage in both B2B and B2C outreach, using advanced CRM and data-mining tools to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and grow your customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, contact, and convert new clients through both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) outreach.
  • Use CRM and data-mining tools daily to develop and maintain a qualified client portfolio.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored Mercedes-Benz solutions.
  • Execute professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and structured follow-ups.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance, management, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all Mercedes-Benz models and technologies.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously seek self-improvement through training and initiative.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in automotive, with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using dealership CRM systems for lead management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to uncover opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and delivering a premium customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,500.00-$15,000.00 per month
