Position Overview

MegaGen Canada Inc. is excited to invite a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Department as an Education & Event Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of seminars and educational events. From managing event logistics and seminar registration to preparing materials and driving social media promotion, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our participants.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and goals are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Overseeing all aspects of event logistics and planning.
  • Coordinating seminar registration and material preparation.
  • Promoting events via social media and other marketing channels.
  • Providing on-site support and managing event execution.
  • Monitoring budgets, documentation, and promotional materials with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Identifying and resolving issues swiftly, both before and during events.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, and have a proven ability to work effectively under pressure. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to event locations are essential for this role. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required depending on the schedule of the event. After successfully completing a three-month probationary period, you will become eligible for company benefits, including dental, vision, and more.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of event coordination or project management experience, ideally in the dental industry.
  • Ability to speak Korean is an asset.
